Eva's Birthday Party

Even thought Eva isn't officially 8 until tomorrow, she had her tea party birthday party yesterday. She requested two kinds of "tea": chocolate milk and strawberry milk. It's a good thing we were ready with refills. Rebecca and her friend Gabby decorated the beautiful cake.

Spencer tried to shield the birthday candles from the breeze that kept blowing them out.

Spencer has discovered a new hobby this summer. It's a hobby that we all whole-heartedly support: cooking! Here is his stack of waffles he made one night for the following morning. They were yummy!

Here's a stack of Spencer-made WHITE pancakes. He has discovered that if he cooks, he gets them his way.
