Now I understand the phrase, "bird brain." Although this bird has a very pretty hairdo, something is missing from his gray matter. He tried to peck Spencer's shoe through the glass at least a hundred times. The poor birdie probably has a massive headache tonight. But then again, maybe if you don't have any brains, you can't get a headache.

I think the poor bird was probably just confused by the very bird-like call "Over hear" that was being uttered ad nauseum.
